Nestled within the charming Barnsbury Conservation Area, this house sits amid a cohesive row of historic brick houses, many adorned with elegant stucco render. This enclave of Georgian and Victorian architecture tells the story of Islington’s rich heritage.

Our refurbishment project embraces the ethos of "Don’t Move, Improve," aiming to preserve the property’s historic character while enhancing its functionality as a contemporary family home.

A modest extension and reconfiguration will create a spacious, light-filled kitchen and dining/living area. This newly optimized space will provide direct access to the garden, fostering indoor-outdoor living.

This sensitive refurbishment and extension will breathe new life into the home, blending its historic character with the comforts of modern living.
